At StarAgile, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality training programs. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Full refund available if requested within 7 days of registration and before course commencement.

Once course access is provided, refunds are not applicable.

For workshops or live training, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before start date.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Failure to attend live sessions.

Incomplete usage of learning material.

Technical issues due to user’s internet/device.

3. Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule to a later batch (subject to availability).

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
